Time to say goodbye

Now, there are 2 days left until I finally have to say goodbye to my hostfamily, my hostsister, Waihi... just my whole ,,other'' life.
It's hard to realise, that my time as an exchange student overseas is now over and I will be back in Germany in less than 5 days.
At this stage I just have to say THANK YOU to a lot of people who made my time very special and unforgettable!
The greatest Thank you is probably for my hostfamily/ my hostmum who hosted me for half a year and showed me a lot of love, friendliness, openess, appreciation and did so much for me! They helped me to make the most out of my time and included me in their daily life. They helped me through my ups and downs and showed me trustees. It's not given that a family who doesn't know you before, opens their doors and wants to get to know you and wants to live with you for 6 months or longer!!!
I want to say thank you to both of my ,,Hostisters'' from Thailand and Japan! Pear and Yuuna, you have been awesome as sisters and we had so much fun together! I will never forget you and our evenings together in front of the TV with our Laptops :) Or just doing crazy stuff together like a ,,google translater conversation'' in our own languages. It was just great having someone who goes through the same thing as myself and understand things without words!
Thanks to all my friends, whether Kiwi or other international student, it was awesome meeting you and spend the most exciting time of my life together!
I'm sure none of us will ever forget this incredible time where we did so many new things together and grew to the things we did together, like school trips etc.
Thanks to my two closest friends in Germany that we stayed in contact for the whole time! Without you, I wouldn't have a clue what's going on at our german school! Tini, Ana- I L<3VE YOU! ♥
Because of my Rugby Team I know that Rugby is also a sport for german girls! Thanks for giving me the opportunity to learn how to play THE New Zealand sport! It was fun just to train together and playing games! And of course, we are the ,,second champion'' of the Thames Valley secondary school cup!
I just have to say thank you to all people who made my time in New Zealand fabulous!

I did things I never would have done in Germany, and definitely not in 6 months! I had ups and downs but most of the time I had ,,ups''!
There were things like the northern circuit which I might not have done 6 months ago, cause I don't like tramping and I just would have said ,,no''.
But New Zealand changed me obviously, or better the time as an exchangie changed me and my thinking about several things.
I'm so glad that I decided to go abroad for a certain time and maybe to find myself a little bit more.

Thanks!!!
